Nocturne Luxury Villas has acquired Jayne’s Luxury Rentals, a trusted name in Canada’s vacation rental market, marking the seventh destination in the collection.

Jayne’s manages more than 300 properties, including lakefront estates, chalets, and private residences. The Muskoka-based company caters to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth guests with highly personalized service and bespoke concierge experiences, such as private chefs, wellness programs, and customized itineraries.

“Every company that joins Nocturne Luxury Villas keeps the local identity, relationships, and expertise that made it successful while benefiting from the resources, innovation and scale of a world-class hospitality company,” said Scott Wiseman, CEO of Nocturne Luxury Villas.

“That balance, preserving what makes each destination special while making every brand stronger, is what defines the Nocturne Luxury Villas Collection. Jayne’s embodies everything Nocturne looks for in a partner: an iconic destination, an outstanding reputation, deep homeowner relationships, and an unwavering commitment to personalized hospitality.”

The addition of Jayne’s brings the Nocturne portfolio to nearly 1,400 villas and private residences across North America and the Caribbean. Jayne’s joins exisitng Nocturne brands: Exceptional Stays (Telluride, CO), WIMCO St. Barth Properties, Cabo Villas, Exclusive 30A (Florida’s Emerald Coast), Paradise Retreats (Santa Barbara, CA), and Grand Cayman Villas & Condos.

Jayne McCaw, founder of Jayne’s Luxury Rentals, said when she began exploring a partnership, she “wasn’t looking for the largest company, I was looking for the right one.”

“Nocturne Luxury Villas people-first approach, commitment to exceptional hospitality, and respect for the brands they bring into their portfolio stood out immediately,” she said.

“I’m excited to continue leading Jayne’s and collaborating with the talented team across Nocturne as we create new opportunities for our homeowners, guests, and employees while preserving everything that makes Jayne’s special.”
