Aloft Istanbul Karaköy is now officially open, marking the Istanbul debut for Marriott’s Aloft Hotels brand and adding 107 hotel rooms near the city’s main attractions.

This is Aloft’s second hotel in Turkey, “reflecting the brand’s continued growth and expanding portfolio in the market,” said Sandra Schulze-Potgieter, VP of premium and select brands, Europe, Middle East & Africa, for Marriott.

“Istanbul is a vibrant city that brings together culture, business and creativity, making it a great destination for Aloft Hotels,” she said. “Driven by bold expression, Aloft Istanbul Karaköy is a place for creative self-expressers to connect, collaborate and feel inspired.”

The new hotel is anchored in lively common spaces that blend local culture with bold, modern design. Artwork by local artists adorns the walls, alongside the interior’s electric blues, neon accents, and raw textures.

The hotel’s urban-inspired, loft-style guestrooms and suites feature high ceilings, plush platform beds, and modern bathrooms with custom amenities. The property also offers Aloft’s signature Re:fuel grab-and-go market, Camp Aloft kids’ club, and Arf (Animals are Fun) pet-friendly program.
