Sandals & Beaches Offer Lowest Group Deposit Ever with ACV

Adult fun in the sun. at Sandals Resorts.

Sandals and Beaches Resorts are offering the lowest deposit ever required for groups, together with Air Canada Vacations.

New social or wedding groups to any Sandals or Beaches booked with Air Canada Vacations, from now until further notice – will require an initial non-refundable deposit of only CAD$550 at time of booking. Travel window is now through December 20, 2027.

“With the increase in group travel in recent years – especially social groups – this is an amazing chance for Canadian travel advisors to take advantage of this low deposit, which has never been an option before,” says Maureen Barnes-Smith, Vice President Sales & Marketing Canada, Unique Vacations Canada Inc. “It’s a proven fact that groups equal business growth with Sandals and Beaches Resorts.”

The offer is applicable on all contracted social and wedding groups of 5-20 rooms, for a minimum stay of five nights at any Sandals or Beaches resort.  Additional terms and conditions apply as certain room categories are excluded and this is not valid on meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) groups.

The low deposit offer is combinable with other Sandals and Beaches Resorts group promotions including the free sixth room and free tenth room credit:

  • Book five rooms and get the sixth room free for travel between January – August
  • Book nine rooms and get the tenth room free for travel between September – December

Social groups also enjoy inclusions such as a complimentary group photo session and one 5×7 group photo per room (with five rooms or more) and a complimentary one-hour private cocktail reception for groups with 10 or more rooms.

“Social groups are the sure-fire way for an advisor to increase their business (and commissions) with Sandals and Beaches Resorts,” adds Omar Josephs, National Groups Manager, Unique Vacations Canada Inc.

“Some of our most successful travel advisors in Canada focus on groups. And the best part is that any group of like-minded travellers can constitute a social group – from niches like golf, tennis, dive and pickleball to friends and families travelling together to celebrate a milestone birthday, a family reunion or a girlfriends’ getaway. The sky’s the limit.”
