Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection has announced updates to its sales team within the Ontario territory.

Brian Joseph has stepped into a new role as Senior Sales Manager, Canada, where he will oversee the company’s national sales team and continue supporting partners across the region.

Amanda Morris, previously director of sales for USA and Canada at Playa Hotels and Resorts, is now director of retail sales, USA and Canada at Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection. In this role, she will lead the retail sales team across the U.S. and Canada, driving revenue growth, aligning strategy, supporting advisors, and strengthening partnerships across its expanding all-inclusive resort portfolio.

Moving forward, your Business Development Manager contacts will be:

Karla Laurenzana who will support Southern Ontario (south of Sudbury and North Bay). Many advisors may already know Karla from her previous role as Hyatt’s Luxury BDM. Karla can be reached at karla.laurenzana@hyatt.com or by phone at 647.674.2447.

Scott Reid will support Northern Ontario, including Sudbury, North Bay, and regions further north. Scott can be reached at scott.reid@hyatt.com or by phone at 204.955.2878

Heather Kearns remains as the Weddings and Romance BDM for Canada. Wedding Specialists can continue working closely with her as your BDM. Heather can be reached at heather.kearns@hyatt.com or by phone at 249.733.2751

In an announcement to travel advisors, Joseph explained that over the past year, the company has been focused on integrating the legacy Playa portfolio into Hyatt’s broader Inclusive Collection and the changes are part of a broader evolution across Canada – with more updates to come.

“It has truly been a privilege to work with you over the past 10 years,” said Joseph. “I’m incredibly grateful for your continued support, trust, and the relationships we’ve built together. I’m confident that this next chapter will bring even greater value to you and your business, and I know Karla and Scott are both looking forward to working closely with you.

Thank you again for your partnership.”
