Terms & Conditions of Participation

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the survey, contest, and prize promotions (collectively, the “Promotion”) administered by Travel Market Report Inc., 3080 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (“Organizer”). By participating, each entrant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Consent Statement

By clicking “I Agree,” I confirm that I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions. I understand that my participation includes consenting to receive communications from Travel Market Report Inc., being registered to receive a complimentary e-SIM card, and being entered into prize draws, including the Porter Zone prize package. Québec residents are eligible subject to applicable regulations.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open to Canadian retail professionals who are legal residents of their jurisdiction of residence and are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

1.2 Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate or win.

1.3 The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

1.4 Residents of the Province of Québec are eligible to participate and win prizes, subject to compliance with the applicable provisions of the Québec Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux. Any disputes regarding the conduct or awarding of prizes in Québec may be submitted to the Régie for resolution.

2. Participation and Consent

2.1 To participate, eligible Participants must complete the survey by voting from the selection of suppliers, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other categories provided by the Organizer.

2.2 By submitting their contact information, Participants expressly consent to:

  (a) enrollment to receive communications from the Organizer; and

  (b) The use of their information for registration to receive a complimentary 3 GB e-SIM card and, where applicable, up to one (1) package of one hundred (100) 1GB e-SIM cards for use as giveaways for their business. Full details will be forwarded.

2.3 Participants may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided in such communications.

3. Prizes/Rewards

3.1 The Promotion includes various prizes, awarded by random draw from all retail travel professionals who participated in the voting and completed all questions. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value unless expressly stated. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Porter Zone Prize Package: Up to fourteen (14) travel advisors will be selected to receive a trip to Toronto, Ontario, Canada, to attend the Awards Ceremony. Each prize package includes:

 – Round-trip airfare to Toronto (from a designated Canadian gateway airport).

 – One (1) night hotel accommodation (standard room, double occupancy).

 – Ground transfers to and from the official venue.

 – Full access to evening functions related to the Awards Ceremony.

Travel must be completed on dates specified by the Organizer. No changes, extensions, or substitutions are permitted.

Additional Prizes: Additional prizes may be offered during the Promotion. The nature and number of such prizes will be announced by the Organizer. All additional prizes are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 Winners will be selected by random draw or based on criteria determined by the Organizer, in its sole discretion.

4.2 Winners will be notified using the contact information provided during survey entry. If a winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) calendar days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to verify eligibility and require proof of identity and compliance with these Terms prior to awarding any prize.

5. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Organizer the right, without additional compensation, to use their name, likeness, city/province of residence, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, unless prohibited by law.

6. General Conditions

6.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without notice.

6.2 The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, or any other errors that may affect participation or the awarding of prizes.

6.3 All federal, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply.

7. Liability Release

By participating, Participants release and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

8. Privacy

Personal information collected from Participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, awarding prizes, and providing marketing communications as outlined in these Terms, and will be handled in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, except for residents of Québec, who may bring a claim before the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux if applicable.
