Key ACTA Event Dates for 2025

Mark your calendars; ACTA has announced a number of key dates for 2025 that travel advisors will want to attend. Please note these are dates and locations only, more details will follow closer to the events.

These events are complimentary to ACTA Members, Non-ACTA Members are asked to provide a donation to ACTA’s advocacy fund. Registration for our West events will open soon! Visit actaevents.ca for more information.

An announcement will also be made soon about ACTA’s international Summit and conference.

2025 ACTA events in Canada are as follows:

1. Au Tour du Monde « Viva » ACTA Québec 2025 March 5th, 2025 – Time: 5:30pm-8:30pm at the Hyatt Centric Montreal, Montreal, Quebec. ***Registration is open! Sign up here:

2. ACTA Manitoba Travel Advisor Appreciation Event March 24th, 2025 – Time: 5:30pm-8:30pm The Canadian Museum for Human Rights, Winnipeg.

3. ACTA Edmonton Travel Advisor Appreciation Event March 25th, 2025 – Time: 5:30pm-8:30pm MKT Food Market, Edmonton.

4. ACTA Education Roundtable Calgary March 27th, 2025 – Time: 8:30am-2:30pm DoubleTree by Hilton Calgary North, Calgary.

5. ACTA Travel Industry Golf Event, Advocacy Fund Raiser July 10th, 2025 Royal Ontario Golf Club, Milton, Ontario

6. Eastern Canada Travel Industry Summit September 11th, 2025 – Time: 9am-6pm Toronto Congress Centre

7. Western Canada Travel Industry Summit September 18th, 2025 – Time: 9am-6pm River Rock Casino Resort, Richmond, BC
