TICO Announces New Members of Consumer and Industry Advisory Councils

TICO has named its new members of TICO’s Consumer Advisory Council (CAC) and Industry Advisory Council (IAC), who will play a crucial role in advising the Board of Directors and management on matters related to consumer protection, challenges and opportunities affecting Ontario’s travel industry and overall emerging trends.

“The appointees to both councils bring a wide range of leadership experience, industry insights and consumer viewpoints,” said TICO’s CEO Richard Smart. “Their guidance will play a key role in shaping how we deliver TICO’s consumer protection mandate, supporting the interests of consumers and Ontario’s travel sector.”
