With the full 2026 FIFA World Cup schedule now announced, sports travel specialist Roadtrips is inviting travel advisors to begin planning early for what it describes as “the most in-demand sports travel event ever.”

This will be the largest World Cup in history, with a record 48 teams playing 104 matches in 16 host cities across the United States, Canada and Mexico from June 11 to July 19. Roadtrips says the expanded World Cup creates unprecedented complexity and opportunity for customized sports travel planning.

Since 1992, Roadtrips has been providing fully customized luxury sports travel packages to global sporting events, including the World Cup, Super Bowl, the Summer and Winter Games, Kentucky Derby, Indianapolis 500, the Masters, the Monaco Grand Prix and Wimbledon.

The company is partnering with travel advisors to design and deliver seamless, high-touch World Cup experiences for clients, including accommodations for all 104 matches in all host cities, personalized meet-and-greet services, private transportation solutions, exclusive access and curated experiences, on-site support teams and fully customized itineraries tailored to client preferences.

Roadtrips is working with travel advisors on World Cup packages.

Roadtrips’ custom World Cup programs allow advisors to offer clients a range of options, from following a favourite team, to building a bespoke multi-city itinerary, to attending the high-demand finals week.

“With the schedule now available, advisors who act early will be best positioned to secure availability and deliver exceptional value to their clients,” said Dave Guenther, President of Roadtrips, part of Internova Travel Group, which includes brands such as Travel Leaders Network and Nexion Travel Group.

“Our team handles the logistics so advisors can focus on building relationships and growing their sports travel business.”

Travel advisors who already sell Roadtrips are encouraged to ensure their advisor registry information is up to date to participate in preferred commission programs, access marketing resources and receive ongoing product updates.
