travelbrands Invites Toronto & Montreal Advisors to Step Up for SickKids

travelbrands is inviting travel advisors and members of the trade media to come together for a meaningful cause as its annual SickKids Walk Fundraiser returns on Tuesday, August 25 in support of SickKids Foundation.

This year, the walk will take place simultaneously at travelbrands’ Toronto and Montreal offices, bringing employees and members of the Canadian travel community together around one shared purpose: supporting SickKids.

Participants will walk from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by lunch at both offices and an opportunity to connect with colleagues and friends from across the industry.

travelbrands President & CEO Nathalie Tanious.

“Giving back has always been an important part of who we are, and this walk is an opportunity to bring our travel community together around a cause that means so much to us,” said Nathalie Tanious, President & CEO of travelbrands parent company H.I.S. Canada Travel Inc.

“We see firsthand what can happen when our industry comes together with a shared purpose, and we hope travel advisors and members of the trade media will join us on August 25. Every person who walks alongside us helps strengthen our collective support for the extraordinary work SickKids does for children and families every day.”

travelbrands and H.I.S. Canada Travel Inc., have a longstanding relationship with SickKids Foundation and have raised more than $3 million in support of SickKids through fundraising initiatives over the years.

Travel advisors and members of the trade media are invited to join travelbrands employees in Toronto or Montreal and help make every step count. Participants are asked to raise a minimum of $25 in support of SickKids Foundation, with all funds raised helping contribute to travelbrands’ continued commitment to the cause.
