Travel Leaders has appointed cruise industry veteran Anthony Viciana as vice president, member services. He will lead the team dedicated to supporting Travel Leaders Network’s U.S. Affiliate (non-franchise) members, supporting members in enhancing profitability, improving performance, and achieving their long-term business goals. He will report to Megan Wollak, senior vice president, member services.

“Our members are at the heart of Travel Leaders Network and represent the incredible diversity and entrepreneurial spirit of today’s travel industry,” said Lindsay Pearlman, president of Travel Leaders Network. “From large, multi-location agencies to independent advisors building their businesses, they all share a common goal: growing stronger through the power of a trusted network.”

“As we searched for the right leader for this role, we wanted someone who understands the challenges and opportunities our members face every day and is passionate about helping them succeed. Anthony brings a unique combination of industry expertise, leadership, and a genuine member first mindset, and we are thrilled to welcome him to the team.”

In his new role, Viciana will oversee the successful integration of new Affiliates into the network while partnering with existing members to accelerate growth through strategic business coaching, increased adoption of network programs, strengthened supplier partner engagement, and expanded revenue opportunities.

Viciana brings more than 20 years of experience in the premium and luxury travel sectors, including leadership roles with Princess Cruises, Carnival Cruise Line, and most, recently, with Scenic. His experience spans leadership, marketing, consultative sales, budgeting, account management and driving organizational growth and success.

He is based in Charleston, S.C.
