Air Canada Vacations is excited to announce the inaugural Air Canada Vacations Academy at Sea, taking place from January 17 to 24,2027, aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Encore.

Representing a first for Air CanadaVacations and a significant milestone for the company, this unique learning experience will bring travel advisors from across Canada together for a blend of education, networking, and destination discovery.

Presented in partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line and other industry partners, the program is designed to help advisors expand their knowledge, strengthen industry connections and experience products firsthand under the theme “Learn. Earn. Experience More.”

“Travel advisors are at the heart of our business, and Air Canada Vacations Academy is about investing in their continued success,” said Marco Gagnon, General Manager, Sales, Québec and Ottawa Regions at Air Canada Vacations.

“By combining education, networking and destination experiences in one immersive program, we’re providing advisors with valuable tools and insights they can bring back to their clients and businesses.”

Participants will enjoy exclusive Air Canada Vacations and supplier-led training sessions, networking events, hotel site inspections and hosted destination experiences. The itinerary includes visits to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta, along with dedicated days at sea focused on learning and collaboration.

Air Canada Vacations’ Director of Sales Erminia Gallina.

“The Air Canada Vacations Academy is much more than a training program; it’s an opportunity for advisors to connect with industry partners, experience our products firsthand and build meaningful relationships with colleagues from across the country,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales.

“We’re excited to offer an experience that combines learning, networking and unforgettable travel moments, all while helping advisors grow their knowledge and confidence in selling cruises and vacation experiences.”

The package includes a 7-night cruise aboard Norwegian Encore, Norwegian Cruise Line’s More At Sea package, exclusive training opportunities, networking events and Air Canada Vacations’ Cruise Promise benefits.
