Air Canada Vacations Academy Sets Sail in 2027 with Norwegian Cruise Line

Air Canada Vacations is excited to announce the inaugural Air Canada Vacations Academy at Sea, taking place from January 17 to 24,2027, aboard Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Encore.
Representing a first for Air CanadaVacations and a significant milestone for the company, this unique learning experience will bring travel advisors from across Canada together for a blend of education, networking, and destination discovery.
Presented in partnership with Norwegian Cruise Line and other industry partners, the program is designed to help advisors expand their knowledge, strengthen industry connections and experience products firsthand under the theme “Learn. Earn. Experience More.”

Participants will enjoy exclusive Air Canada Vacations and supplier-led training sessions, networking events, hotel site inspections and hosted destination experiences. The itinerary includes visits to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán and Puerto Vallarta, along with dedicated days at sea focused on learning and collaboration.

The package includes a 7-night cruise aboard Norwegian Encore, Norwegian Cruise Line’s More At Sea package, exclusive training opportunities, networking events and Air Canada Vacations’ Cruise Promise benefits.
Launch rates start at $1,130 per person for an inside stateroom, $1,160 for an oceanview stateroom and $1,240 for a balcony stateroom, based on double occupancy and subject to availability. Limited Academy airfares are also available from Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Montréal, Québec City and Halifax.
