Aurora Expeditions Promotes Jennifer Costello to Sales and Customer Service Director, North America

Aurora Expeditions has promoted Jennifer Costello to the role of sales and customer service director for North America. She has been with the company for three years.

Costello brought more than 25 years of experience in the travel industry, with extensive expertise in expedition travel sales, partner development, and customer service, when she joined Aurora in 2023. Since then, she has played an instrumental role in strengthening relationships with travel advisors and expanding the company’s presence across North America.

In her new role, she will lead Aurora Expeditions’ North American contact center, sales operations, and customer service teams, driving operational excellence, enhancing the customer experience, and further supporting the company’s valued travel advisor partners.
