Certares Sells Its Stake in AmaWaterways
by Dori Saltzman /L Catterton, a global investment firm, has entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the entirety of Certares’ stake in AmaWaterways. The investment firm joins founders Rudi Schreiner, Kristin Karst, and the Murphy family, all of whom will continue to have “meaningful ownership” in the river cruise line.

Certares, a travel and hospitality investor group that also owns a stake in Travel Leaders Group and Avoya, purchased its share of AmaWaterways in 2017.
