To celebrate 130 years of expedition heritage, HX Expeditions is offering a global sales incentive that gives travel advisors the chance to earn a free sailing for themselves and a guest.

The Sell 3 – Sail for Free promotion rewards advisors who make three new deposited bookings on eligible HX cruises (for travel in 2025, 2026, and 2027) between July 1 and October 31, 2025, with a free cruise on one of the line’s 2026 voyages of 12 nights or shorter.

A total of 130 prize places (65 cabins for two adults) will be awarded worldwide, and will be allocated on a first come, first-served basis.

“This is truly an exciting year for HX,” said Steve Smotrys, managing director and senior vice president of commercial, Americas. “To celebrate, we’re introducing the largest and most exciting trade incentive in our history—a reflection of the strong, long-standing partnerships we’ve built with the travel trade. We want our advisors to experience the product they so passionately promote.”

The promotion follows a series of trade-focused investments, including the rollout of new co-branded websites and an expanded Americas trade support team.

“Celebrating 130 years as the world’s first and most experienced expedition cruise company, we’re pulling out all the stops for the trade—and we want to thank our partners in a way that truly reflects the scale of this milestone year,” Smotrys added.

Qualifying advisors must submit their booking through the official entry form by Nov. 7, 2025. Once validated, winners will be invited to choose from a curated list of eligible prize voyages.
