HX Expeditions is gearing up to celebrate its 130th anniversary with an up-to-35%-off promotion, a widespread marketing campaign, and extra tools for travel advisors.

“Our goal is to work closely with our trade partners to drive booking momentum,” said Steve Smotrys, managing director and senior vice president of commercial for HX in The Americas. “With compelling price incentives, practical selling toolkits, and strong marketing support, we’re setting the stage for a successful fall”

To start with, guests who book a new HX cruise by Dec. 3, 2025, will save up to $2,500 on select voyages during the 2026/2027 anniversary season, as well as on select departures in Q1 2026. Clients who book by Sept. 30, 2025, will get an additional $500 off as an early booking bonus.

Discounts are as follows: up to 25% off in the Galapagos, up to 15% off in Antarctica, up to 35% off Arctic Norway, and up to 10% off in Greenland, Svalbard, and Alaska.

As part of the campaign, HX is focusing on providing its travel advisor partners with the tools they need to help sell HX. All agency partners will receive a comprehensive information package before the campaign starts, including all details and sales pitch documents in a clear format, plus a one-page fact sheet for direct client consultations.

To maximize visibility for the brand’s anniversary, HX will launch an extensive advertising campaign featuring TV spots, print ads, online promotions, and social media activities.

Anniversary Year Special Onboard Experiences

Guests travelling with HX during the anniversary year can look forward to special keepsakes and a range of unique experiences that celebrate the company’s history of exploration.

“We’re not just celebrating the anniversary, we’re bringing it to life for every guest who travels with us,” added Smotrys.

All campaign details, plus marketing and social media templates, can be found in the HX Agent Portal.
