Noah Brodsky, chief commercial officer at Lindblad Expeditions Holdings, Inc., will depart the company as of Oct. 18, 2025, after the elimination of his position.
The change in leadership structure was announced in a filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
According to the filing, the change at Lindblad was made in order to create “an organizational structure better aligned with its long term-strategic goals…”
As of Sept. 3, 2025, all direct and trade sales have been consolidated under Kathi Riddle, newly appointed senior vice president and chief sales officer. Part of Brodsky’s responsibilities were also reassigned to a newly appointed revenue manager officer.
The revenue and sales functions will now report directly to CEO Natalya Leahy.
“The Company thanks Mr. Brodsky for his contributions during his tenure with the company,” the company said in the filing.
Brodsky joined Lindblad Expeditions as CCO in May 2022. He has previously held positions with Travel + Leisure Group, Wyndham Destinations, WeWork, Starwood Hotels, and Four Seasons Resorts.
