Regent Seven Seas Cruises has unveiled a new daytime dining concept – Solmar Terrace. The company also unveiled a new Mediterranean-inspired Azure meu and refreshed Prime 7 classic dishes.
“Dining is an essential part of the Regent experience, and Seven Seas Prestige represents an exciting opportunity to further elevate our all-inclusive culinary offering,” said Wesley D’Silva, president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “As the first new Regent ship class in more than a decade, Seven Seas Prestige ushers in a new era for our brand, with extraordinary new experiences throughout the ship. Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose and Azure add even more choice, variety, and flexibility for guests, complementing Regent’s collection of included specialty restaurants…”

Exclusive to Seven Seas Prestige, Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose is a new al fresco venue located aft of Compass Rose on Deck 5. It’s open from 12 to 6 p.m. and features a wide array of dishes from mezze-style appetizers and sushi to tapas and yakitori. Asian-inspired small plates include succulent Korean beef short rib, chicken or shrimp satay, teriyaki pork belly, indulgent king oyster mushroom, and Japanese broiled salmon. Finishing the meal with something sweet, guests can delight in decadent desserts such as tres leches cake or crema Catalana.
First Look at Azure’s Mediterranean-Inspired Menu
One of seven specialty restaurants and 11 dining experiences, Solmar Terrace will join the previously announced Azure as the second new culinary venue debuting on Regent’s new ship class.
Inspired by the flavors, spices, and culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, Azure’s newly revealed mezze-style menu draws influences from Europe, Africa, and Asia. Designed for sharing, the restaurant celebrates discovery through an array of inventive small plates.
New menu items include miso-roasted eggplant, croquetas di carne served with piquillo peppers, Spanish style shrimp with chili and garlic, chilled and spiced watermelon-feta salad, lobster orzo saganaki, and dug leg confit, among others.
Prime 7 Enhancements

Further elevating Regent’s culinary offering, the menu for Prime 7, the line’s specialty steakhouse restaurant, will be enhanced with fresh updates on classic recipes. Regent’s culinary teams have carefully crafted these transformed recipes, drawing inspiration from acclaimed steakhouses, including Daniel’s in Miami.
Newly reimagined dishes in Prime 7 will include house-smoked and honey-roasted baby back ribs with steakhouse barbecue sauce, lobster thermidor, halibut fish and chips served with hot yuzu aioli and steak fries, roasted chicken supreme with spinach-porcini stuffing, hashbrown tempura with lime-chili salt, truffle mac and cheese, lemon meringue pie, 14-layer chocolate mousse cake, and double chocolate brownie with tres leches ice cream.
Prime 7 recipes will debut on board Seven Seas Prestige before rolling out across the rest of the Regent fleet.
