Tauck Dives into Cuba

by Anna Gleksman  March 22, 2016

Tauck will be offering two Cuba options this fall, a week-long tour or a 13-day stay, with 22 departures between September and December.

The seven-day trip is primarily in and around Havana, with five nights in the Miramar section at Melia Habana. It also includes trips to the rural Pinar del Rio, a tour of a Cuban cigar factory, and a visit to the tobacco fields of the Vinales Valley. Pricing for the seven-day stay per person based on double occupancy is $5,590 per person.

The 13-day “Cuba: A Cultural Odyssey” starts with three nights in Havana, then seven days to the south and east, to the coastal town of Gibra, and meetings with a wide range of artisans, including a leather sculptor, doll makers, dancers, art students, potters, weavers, and printers. It’s priced at $7,990 per person, double occupancy, including all meals and gratuities, roundtrip charter flights from Miami to Havana, all sightseeing and entertainment, and luggage handling.
