Tauck will bring travelers back to Cuba for the first time in four years with the return of an updated and enhanced seven-day journey.

“We are thrilled to be returning to Cuba after four years,” said Tauck’s COO Jeremy Palmer. “We’re excited by the enhancements we’ve made to our seven-day itinerary there. Cuba has a rich history and compelling culture, and it occupies a unique place in the modern world. We’re looking forward to once again helping our guests experience everything that makes Cuba such a fun and fascinating destination.”

The seven-day “Cuba: A Cultural Odyssey” includes five nights at the Grand Aston La Habana in Havana, which will serve as the group’s base for exploring Havana and the outlying areas. Among the experiences guests will have will be a tour of the city’s Old Havana neighborhood (a UNESCO World Heritage Site); a visit to a tobacco farm to learn about the history and manufacturing of Cuban cigars, where guests will even learn to roll their own cigar; and a visit to a vintage American car club to learn about the country’s iconic automobiles. Guests will also get to tour the home of Ernest Hemingway.

Along their journey, guests will meet with local artists, musicians, dancers, famers, and even a former baseball star.

Tauck will offer six departures of the trip, which also includes an overnight at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables, Florida the night before flying to Havana from Miami.

All of 2024’s departures are already sold out, but there is space on 2025 departures, which will operate from January through April, and then again from October through December. Pricing includes all accommodations, on-tour flights between Miami and Havana, airport transfers, all sightseeing, excursions, and entertainment, all meals (with the exception of one night when guests are able to dine at their leisure), most gratuities, luggage handling, and more.
