Virgin America Enters Codeshare with China Southern
Virgin America has entered a codeshare agreement with China Southern Airlines. Under the new agreement, China Southern will place its CZ code on Virgin America flights to Boston, Chicago, Dallas Love Field, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas, Newark, New York (JFK), Seattle, San Diego and Washington DC.
The deal will streamline booking and traveling between China and Southeast Asia to the U.S. by giving travelers one-stop booking and check-in, including baggage, and a single ticket.
Codeshare flights are already loaded into GDSs.
