Aerial Communications to Represent Tenerife’s Spring Hotels in Canada

Aerial Communications to Represent Tenerife’s Spring Hotels in Canada

Aerial Communications Group has been named Canadian Public Relations Agency of Record for Spring Hotels, an independent collection of six hotels in Tenerife, Spain.

The appointment is noteworthy following Air Canada’s recent announcement of new non-stop service from both Toronto and Montreal to Tenerife beginning October 25.

The destination has long been popular with British and European sunseekers, but a little off the beaten path for Canadians. However, the disappearance of Cuba from the mainstream travel map has left a lot of travellers seeking new options.

The new AC route makes the Canary Islands more accessible than ever and positions Tenerife as a compelling alternative to traditional winter sun destinations.

“Canadians have a deep affinity for Europe, but when we think about a European getaway, winter sunshine isn’t necessarily the first thing that comes to mind,” said Naomi Strasser, President, Aerial Communications Group.

“Tenerife has the power to change that perception. With new direct air service making the island more accessible than ever, Canadians are poised to discover a side of Europe they may not realize exists — one with year-round sunshine, beaches, gastronomy, outdoor adventure and warm, distinctive hospitality,” Strasser adds.

“And this is where Spring Hotels really shines. With its collection of resort properties and outstanding hospitality, we see an incredible opportunity to put Spring Hotels — and The Canary Islands — firmly on the map for Canadian travellers looking for a very different kind of winter sun escape.”

The Spring Hotels Tenerife collection includes six distinct hotels across Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos, ranging from sophisticated boutique hotels to lively family resorts and adults-only offerings. Together, they offer a contemporary take on the classic European beach holiday, with experiences centred around wellness, gastronomy, active leisure and meaningful connections to the destination.

The portfolio comprises Mediterranean Palace, the group’s five-star property offering something for everyone, Sir Anthony Hotel, Cleopatra Palace, Arona Gran Hotel & UP!; an adults-only property, Spring Hotel Vulcano & UP!, and Spring Hotel Bitácora & UP! which combines a family-focused resort with a dedicated adults-only rooftop experience.

Headquartered in Tenerife with nearly 40 years of hospitality experience, Spring Hotels is deeply rooted in the island, with a commitment to responsible tourism that includes supporting local producers and prioritizing locally sourced, kilometre-zero products wherever possible.

“We’re excited to partner with Aerial Communications Group as we introduce Spring Hotels to the Canadian market,” said Joanne Robinson, Chief Sales Officer, Spring Hotels Group.

“The launch of direct flights from Canada marks an important milestone for Spring Hotels and we believe Canadian travellers will appreciate the diversity of experiences our hotels and Tenerife offer, from relaxed beachfront escapes and wellness-focused stays to family holidays and active adventures.”

Aerial Communications Group will oversee public relations and media relations for Spring Hotels in Canada, with a focus on building brand awareness and introducing the collection to Canadian media and consumers.
