Las Vegas Hotels and Resorts Roll Out Major Discounts to Attract Fall Travelers

If there was ever a fleeting thought that this past summer’s visitation slump in Las Vegas would turn into a self-fulfilling prophecy for the fall, the city’s major hospitality players were determined to head it off. To that end, casino-resorts on and off the Strip are rolling out discounts, deals and promotions that aim to convince clients that a Vegas stay can once again be considered a compelling value proposition. The following represents a sampling of attractive incentives around the city this fall, including some never-before-seen, value-focused initiatives.

Station Casinos

Locals’ casino operator Station Casinos’ products have always represented a good value play, and the company has recently ramped up deals to lure visitors to their off-Strip properties.

Room rates across Station’s portfolio are now up to 30% off and include a varying resort credit. Frozen margaritas are only $1.99 at casino bars, where select beers and shots go for $3.  Meanwhile, Station’s loyalty club Boarding Pass members (free to join) enjoy late-night specials like $9.99 steak & eggs, $4.99 breakfast skillets, $3.99 pancakes and a 24/7 cheeseburger and fries for $5.99. And as an added plus, free outdoor yoga sessions are being held on select Saturdays at the upscale Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino.

Caesars Entertainment

Strip giant Caesars Entertainment has introduced a “$300 Escape” package valid at Harrah’s Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Horseshoe Las Vegas and Flamingo Las Vegas.  For that price point, guests enjoy a two-night stay at any of those properties, along with a $200 food and beverage credit valid at a wide selection of lounges and restaurants across Caesars Entertainment’s Las Vegas resorts. And the $300 package price conveniently includes taxes and resort fees.  For deeper relaxation, an “All You Can Spa” package at either Harrah’s ($475) or The LINQ ($500) includes up to four hours of treatments from a curated menu including facials, massages, body scrubs and mud wraps. Reservations are bookable now through Dec. 31, 2025.

MGM Resorts International

With 13 properties on the Las Vegas Strip, MGM Resorts can reliably promote “The Ultimate Vegas Dining Experience.” Guests who book a minimum 2-night stay through this offer at any MGM Resorts hotel (excluding The Signature at MGM Grand) will receive up to $150 in food and beverage credit (now through Oct. 30). And effective immediately, kids 10 and younger eat free at MGM Resorts buffets at Bellagio,The Cosmopolitan, Luxor and MGM Grand.

One of the company’s newest attractions, Swingers Las Vegas – previously an adults-only “crazy golf” experience with four distinct courses – now will be home to family hours from noon – 5:00 p.m. daily, with special rates of $18 per round for ages 21 and under and $30 per round for adults 21+ (Sunday – Friday). Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and all under-21 visitors must exit by 6:00 p.m.

Resorts World Las Vegas

The north Strip property with three distinct hotel brands (Hilton, Conrad and Crockfords) under one roof has removed resort fees on select dates into December, with nightly rates from under $100 (Hilton) and $125 (Conrad) including tax, making this a highly competitive offer in the city’s ever-expanding realm of upscale accommodations.

Visitors can also take advantage of a weekday, 3-course “Power Lunch” menu for $45 at Wally’s, Brezza or Viva!  Meanwhile, the globally-inspired Famous Foods Street Eats food hall has introduced “Street Feast,” an opportunity for diners to explore multiple eateries in one visit with 3 entrees for $45, 4 for $55 or 5 for $65.

The Strat Hotel, Casino & Tower

The Strat has launched an “All-In Fall Stays” package, offering all-in room rates (including resort fee and taxes) from $59 midweek, $99 weekends for stays now through at least Nov. 30.  The package includes a $25 daily dining credit (which can bring the effective nightly hotel rate down to as low as $34) plus complimentary admission for two guests to the Observation Deck.

Wynn/Encore Las Vegas

In a move to improve casino odds for players – and return to what was the standard just a few years ago – Wynn has removed all triple-zero roulette wheels from casinos on both sides of the house (Wynn and Encore).  Hotel guests now also receive complimentary self-parking and in-room bottled water.  And in an effort to ensure that visitors aren’t gouged on pricing for convenience items (a relatively recent, common complaint citywide), the company will sell domestic beer and soda at standard – not premium – hotel prices, including in in-room mini-bars.  Additionally, the complimentary Wi-Fi offered to guests will support video calls, obviating the need to pay for the premium Wi-Fi tier.

Meanwhile, tickets for the property’s production spectacular, Awakening, are available at up to 30% off when reserved at least 48 hours in advance. This offer must be booked by Oct. 31 for performances through Dec.16.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas

Don’s Prime, the signature steakhouse at the luxe Fontainebleau, is featuring a new Lounge Menu from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. daily that offers sophisticated dishes and a few signature cocktails at approachable prices.  Options include: Lobster Roll with Maine lobster, traditional aioli and caviar on a brioche bun ($38); Oysters Rockefeller ($36); and a Smoked Midnight Manhattan with Michter’s rye, house-blended amaro, chocolate and cherry bark vanilla bitters ($23).

And visitors dining or drinking at the property’s food-and-beverage venues, spending at retail outlets or indulging in spa treatments will receive complimentary valet parking.

Palms Casino Resort

Off-Strip casino-resorts necessarily emphasize value promotions to satisfy their picky local clientele and to draw visitors away from the Strip.  That’s why the Palms recently reverted the odds on all Blackjack tables to a player-friendly 3:2 payoff for a natural, and instituted $5 craps and at least one $5 Blackjack table, 24/7.  And the property’s A.Y.C.E. Buffet – a locals favorite – now features a daily brunch buffet with crab legs and bottomless mimosas for $42.99. Later in the afternoon, happy hour at Scotch 80 Prime steakhouse spotlights a Social Hour Menu (Mon. – Thurs., 5:00 – 7:00) with 30% off a selection of regular dinner menu items plus beer and wine starting at $6.30 and specialty cocktails for $12.60.

Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino

The Downtown Grand invites guests to discover the darker side of Las Vegas history with the Mob Museum Package, which includes two admissions to the impressive, nearby Mob Museum and a $50 dining credit at Triple George Grill (Rate code: PMGMOB). But perhaps most interesting is a Triple George Grill incentive that involves a wager:  Guests who order the $175 “rollback” promo Tomahawk dinner, which includes a 30-oz. Tomahawk ribeye, two Caesar salads, a side, and cheesecake to share can roll a pair of dice for a chance to win the meal for free if they roll a 2. No matter what they roll, however, they’ll win, with prizes including $25-$200 in free slot play, a $25-$50 food credit on their next visit, or other giveaways.

SAHARA Las Vegas

On the extreme north end of the Strip, the recently-refreshed SAHARA Las Vegas is featuring a progressive hotel discount with 20% off 2-night stays; 25% off 3-night stays and 30% off 4+-night stays. Valet and self-parking are always free, and the property’s sports bar, Chickie’s & Pete’s is offering 5-for-$20 “mystery” buckets of beer and seltzers – all day.

Plaza Hotel & Casino

Presenting a novel twist to the city’s current flood of hotel promotions, downtown’s Plaza Las Vegas has announced the “Build A Stay” hotel package, enabling guests to pick among a grab-bag of perks to construct their own experience. Guests pick one Stay Perk (dining, beverage or room upgrade); one Play Perk (casino free bets or match play); and one Bonus Perk selected upon check-in (late checkout or free merchandise). The Build A Stay hotel package must be booked by Nov. 27 and is valid for a 2-night minimum stay through Dec. 1.
