VisitBritain has relaunched its travel advisor training program, BritAgent PRO Sales Companion, which provides resources to help advisors deepen their knowledge and promote destinations across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

The redesigned program features four Foundation chapters incorporating text, audio, and video learning that cover key attractions, accommodations, events, and experiences in the UK.

“We are thrilled to relaunch the BritAgent PRO Sales Companion, providing our North American travel advisors with updated and enhanced training resources and cutting-edge tools to effectively market and sell the unique experiences the UK has to offer,” said Carl Walsh, senior vice president, USA for VisitBritain. “We recognize the importance of equipping our travel partners with resources, and we’re excited to see the positive impact this will have on driving more business to Britain.”

Advisors who complete the course receive a diploma certifying them as BritAgent PROs.

Certified advisors also receive access to the Sales Companion, which includes the Retain, Promote, and Sell channels. These tools are designed to aid advisors in their sales and marketing efforts by providing destination guides, sample itineraries, and more.

Advisors can access the BritAgent PRO Sales Companion at www.BritAgentPro.com or via mobile app on the Apple Store or Google Play. It can also be found on TravPRO Mobile’s travel advisor super app, TheSource.
