Best Western Expands SureStay Hotel Group

Launched in October 2016, there’s three distinctive brands under the franchise’s umbrella – SureStay, SureStay Plus Hotel and SureStay Signature Collection – targeting the premium economy segment.
SureStay relies on TripAdvisor’s rating system to ensure the integrity of the brand. Prospective hotels have to score at least a 3.5 on TripAdvisor to even be considered to join the SureStay brand.
This significant milestone comes following the expansion of SureStay Hotel Group in October 2019, when BWHR introduced extended stay brand, SureStay Studio.
