In New York City, three of its rooftops and outdoor dining experiences have reopened and are now accepting reservations. Food and drinks are available at Dream Midtown – PHD Terrace, and Serafina Broadway is open for take-out and sidewalk seating. The Dream Downtown – The Beach pool deck and café is also open.

Famed Manhattan properties Chatwal New York, Dream Downtown, Dream Midtown, and The Time New York will begin accepting reservations again on Aug. 1.

In preparation for reopening, Dream Hotel Group developed a comprehensive health and cleanliness plan for all of its hotels. Expect to see mandatory face coverings for all guests, visitors, and staff throughout the hotel’s public spaces, extensive cleaning and sanitizing measures, and widely available hand sanitizer stations.

There will also be new physical distancing guidelines in place, including reconfigured public spaces allowing for proper physical distancing, contactless check-in and check-out at most hotels, no-touch payment options, and no-contact food ordering and delivery.

Dream Hotel Group is now offering up to 20% off future stays at all locations in the United States when they book directly using promo code BDIRECT20. The offer ends Aug. 31, 2020.
