Grace Bay Resorts Names Emma Wilks Vice President of Marketing, Digital, and Communications
by Daniel McCarthy /Grace Bay Resorts has appointed Emma Wilks as its new vice president of marketing, digital, and communications.
In her new role, Wilks will oversee overall marketing strategy, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for the company. This announcement comes after Grace Bay celebrated the opening of its newest property, South Bank, earlier this month.
Wilks will specifically focus on growing the company’s Private Villa Collection, marketing The Point at Point Grace, a residential community, and promoting the recent renovation of Grace Bay Club.
Wilks most recently served as vice president of marketing at Related Companies, a real estate firm based in New York that owns and develops properties across the U.S., including Hudson Yards in New York City. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at Landsec, the U.K.’s largest real estate company.

In addition to South Bank, Grace Bay Resorts’ portfolio includes four other luxury resorts: Grace Bay Club, Rock House, West Bay Club, and Point Grace. All properties are located on Providenciales in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
