Royalton Plans Two New Resorts In Jamaica And Two In Saint Lucia

by James Shillinglaw  April 29, 2016

Royalton will debut a brand new resort in St. Lucia next February.

Royalton Luxury Resorts, the Canadian owned all-inclusive resort company, unveiled plans to open four newbuild luxury all-inclusive resorts, including two in Jamaica and two in St. Lucia, on Feb. 1, 2017.

The company will open a Royalton property for guests of all ages, and Hideaway at Royalton, an adults-only resort, on Seven Mile Beach in Negril, Jamaica, and two similar properties in Cap Estate, St. Lucia.

Royalton’s new Jamaica properties will add 573 rooms (including 166 in Hideaway at Royalton Negril) to the company’s inventory. In St. Lucia, it will add 455 rooms (including 94 in the Hideaway at Royalton). This comes on top of a 228-room Royalton Blue Waters resort, set to debut this November in Montego Bay. Combined that will give the Royalton brand 12 resorts in Cuba, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Mexico, and St. Lucia. Its parent company, Blue Diamond Resorts, has 20 total properties.

Each Royalton luxury resort features high-end beds, signature rain showers or in-suite Jacuzzis, USB recharge and Bluetooth audio stations, an in-room safe with interior power outlet, satellite television, stocked mini-bar, and a balcony or terrace. Resort amenities include free Wi-Fi, gourmet reservation-free dining in a choice of restaurants, and Sports Event Guarantee, which televises all major North American and European sporting events.

Families have access to supervised kids’ clubs and a teen lounge, plus on-site splash water parks. A Diamond Club upgrade offers butler service, private beach and pool areas, plus an exclusive lounge. Royalton Negril and Royalton St. Lucia also will feature The Royal Spa, a world-class health facility and spa.
