Travel Leaders Group Survey: Terrorism Concerns Aren’t Stopping Travelers

October 20, 2015

While terrorism remains a constant global threat, a new survey from Travel Leaders Group shows shows that while some clients had concerns, hardly any cancel their plans once a trip is booked,

Nearly half of the travel agents (49.5%) polled said non-luxury bookings to Europe were higher than last year; just 13% said they were lower. Luxury bookings were a little slower, with 44.9% saying they were up and 13.3% saying they were down.

The news headlines do be taking a toll on the Middle East, though. Only 12.2% of respondents said they have no concerns about heading there.
