Mexican Regional Carrier Joins ARC

Aeromar (VW/942) joined ARC as a participating carrier effective with sales beginning Aug. 16 for the sales period ending Aug. 22.

Based in Mexico City, Aeromar operates scheduled domestic flights on ATR-42 aircraft to Acapulco, Aguascalientes, Colima, Ciudad Victoria, Jalapa, Lázaro Cárdenas, Manzanillo, Morelia, Poza Rica, Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Tepic and Zacatecas.

It also operates San Luis Potosi-Monterrey, Poza Rica-Reynosa and Poza Rica-Zacatecas flights.

Continental, Aegean Share Codes

Continental Airlines is placing its CO code on flights operated by Aegean Airlines from Athens to six holiday destinations in Greece — Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Rhodes, Mykonos, Santorini and Chania – and to Cyprus. In addition, Aegean’s A3 code was placed on Continental’s flights between Newark and Athens.

The two carriers are Star Alliance partners.
