African Travel, Inc. Appoints Northeast Regional Sales Manager

African Travel, Inc. has appointed Norma Spadola as its new northeast regional sales manager. She will be responsible for strengthening relationships with travel advisors and implementing strategic sales plans with partners.

“We are so pleased to have Norma Spadola as our new regional sales manager given her strong travel advisor relationsips and extensive career experience in the luxury travel market,” said Sherwin Banda, president of African Travel, Inc.

Spadola started her career as a travel advisor, specializing in custom-designed, luxury travel experiences for clients at one of Connecticut’s largest travel agencies before transitioning to supplier relations in 1993. Her roles have included sales positions at Seabourn Cruise Line, Cunard Line and Silversea Cruises in the northeast region. She moved to the tour operator side in 2013, joining Abercrombie & Kent’s sales team as sales director, northeast.
