Family-owned American Classic Tours is the latest active member to join the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), bringing the total up to 52 active members and 145 brands.

USTOA announced the news on May 13.

“American Classic Tours is known for delivering seamless, all-inclusive journeys built on expertly crafted itineraries and decades of experience,” said Terry Dale, president and CEO of USTOA. “Their trusted reputation and commitment to taking care of every detail make them a welcome addition to our diverse membership of tour operators.”

American Classic Tours, based in Illinois, specializes in premium tours in North America and Europe. The company was founded in 1988, and its itineraries focus on the “Art of Travel.”

“We are delighted to become an Active Member of USTOA, as the association is recognized globally as a leading organization for tour operators. It is an honor to be featured among the top tour operators in North America through our membership,” said Joe Conroy, president of American Classic Tours.

JD Conroy, director of marketing for American Classic Tours, added, “Becoming a part of USTOA will allow us to build strong relationships with the travel advisor community. Travel advisors can book confidently with us, knowing that their clients’ investments are safeguarded by the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program.”
