New Beverly Hills Waldorf To Get Vongerichten Restaurant

When the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills opens in 2017, it will feature the first Los Angeles restaurant of acclaimed French chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.                                                                

Vongerichten’s food will be served at both the main restaurant and a second on the rooftop. Details of the menu, however, are being kept under wraps.   

Vongerichten’s flagship restaurant Jean-Georges, in New York’s Trump Hotel, has three Michelin stars. He also owns restaurants in Las Vegas, Tokyo, and Chicago. His cookbook, “Cooking at Home with a Four-Star Chef,” won a Best Cookbook Award from the James Beard Foundation.
