Tour operator Audley Travel has expanded its Trade & Partnerships team with the appointment of four inside sales representatives who will assist the four Regional Sales Directors.

The four inside sales representatives will each be paired with a regional sales director, and will assist in addressing advisor-submitted inquiries. The regional sales directors will continue to be the primary contact for advisors, and will lead training, business development, and strategic account support.

The new inside sales representatives are Grace Dow, Paige Zaferiou, Peadar Angelone, and Adrianna Pappas.

The tailormade specialist said the new structure for its trade support team is “designed to deliver a more streamlined path from inquiry to booking, improve turnaround times, enable more personalized collaboration, and drive faster conversion for advisors as demand for bespoke, experience-led travel continues to rise.”

Grace Dow will work with Northeast Regional Sales Director David Guido, Paige Zaferiou with Southeast Regional Sales Director Justin Roland-Bramkamp, Peadar Angelone with Midwest/Central Regional Sales Director Pam Sigler, and Adrianna Pappas with West Regional Sales Director Stephanie Copeland.

“Our trade business continues to grow at an impressive pace, and this investment ensures we’re scaling in a way that maintains the high-touch, personalized support our partners,” said Cathy Kusuma Bennis, vice president of trade sales & partnerships at Audley Travel. “By pairing experienced inside sales representatives with each of our regional sales directors, we’re creating a seamless support system that helps our agency partners move more efficiently from inquiry to booking, while still delivering the bespoke service and expertise that define the Audley experience.”
