Following a year of unprecedented growth, Central Holidays is opening a new Dubai Destination Management office to respond to growing demand in the region. The new office adds to the company’s global presence that also includes long-established offices in Italy and Egypt.

The DMC will offer expert help to travel advisors with regards to attractions, food, hotels, excursions, and other requests throughout the United Arab Emirates.

In 2023, Central Holidays experienced record-breaking growth, with a surge in bookings to destinations around the world. As of Feb. 1, 2024, the tour company’s group requests have already reached 95% of total 2023 revenue, with overall revenue, including FIT business, at 75% in just the first month of the year.

The company also reported its noticing a trend towards earlier bookings, with travelers planning their trips 90 to 120 days in advance.

“Central Holidays is poised to continue in growth mode,” said Adam Greis, general manager of Central Holidays. “The company remains steadfast in our dedication to making it easy and most profitable for travel advisors to do business with Central Holidays while remaining focused on excellence in travel.”
