Europe Express has announced two appointments within the executive leadership team: Mark Yacker has been named vice president, strategic partnerships, and Kelli Williams has been promoted to vice president, marketing and business development.
According to Europe Express, the changes reflect the tour operator’s continued commitment to supporting the travel trade. The changes are effective immediately.
Yacker has been with Europe Express since 2019, most recently serving as vice president of outside sales & partnerships. In his new role, he will now focus exclusively on the company’s strategic external relationships. His responsibilities include overseeing consortia partnerships and key travel advisor and agency relationships to strengthen distribution channels and expand Europe Express’ partner network.
“Mark’s industry relationships and commercial instincts are a genuine competitive advantage for Europe Express,” said CEO Parik Laxminarayan. “Focusing his expertise on our strategic partnerships will strengthen how we show up for our most important distribution channels and the Travel Advisors who trust us as their European partner.”
Williams joined Europe Express in 2024 as director of B2B marketing and partnerships. In her expanded role, she will continue to lead the company’s marketing and customer experience efforts while adding oversight of business development management, strategic planning, and the outside sales team, bringing marketing, demand generation, and account management under one leadership structure.
“Kelli has been a driving force behind the growth of the Europe Express brand and the quality of our partner experience,” said Laxminarayan. “This promotion is both well-deserved and strategically important. Bringing our marketing and commercial teams under her leadership positions us to better serve our Travel Advisor partners and drive meaningful growth.”
