G Adventures & National Geographic Expeditions Unveil Premium Travel Style

National Geographic Journeys with G Adventures is getting major expansion in 2026.

Adventure tour operator G Adventures and National Geographic Expeditions have partnered for 10 years, hosting thousands of travelers to more than 50 countries across over 100 different itineraries. Back in July, the two companies signed on for another decade of collaboration.

Now, the two exploration-focused brands are taking the partnership to the next level with a new elevated travel style: National Geographic Signature with G Adventures. Described as a socially-conscious take on high-end travel, these “Signature” experiences combine curated accommodations, small group sizes (maximum 22 guests), and exclusive experiences such as behind-the-scenes access to attractions, elevated private transportation, and a 24/7 pre-trip concierge.

The trips have been designed to support the communities visited. Accommodations are locally owned, whenever possible, and experiences have been designed to create lasting, meaningful benefits for the destination—such as supporting local artisans and experts.

“National Geographic Signature with G Adventures is about so much more than just high-end accommodations,” said Bruce Poon Tip, founder of G Adventures. “The trips offer transformational adventures and present travelers with the opportunity to see and experience a destination in a way most travelers can’t, while creating lasting benefit for both the traveler and the communities they visit.”

The new travel style will officially launch for booking in January 2026, with departures beginning in January 2027. The collection will feature 29 trips in destinations including South Africa, Vietnam, Japan, Central Asia, Peru and Jordan.

“The launch of National Geographic Signature with G Adventures poses a huge opportunity for our community of travel agents, as we bring this incredible offering to our global markets,” added Poon Tip. “These new trips will allow agents to offer their most discerning clients an experience that satisfies both their intellectual curiosity and desire to contribute positively to the world.”
