Holidays with Downtown Joins USTOA

Tour operator Holidays with Downtown has joined the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA).

According to Kevin Hichour, general manager of Holidays with Downtown, the company “offers travel agents a selection of carefully curated destinations, escorted tours, customized FIT’s and Group travel arrangements.”

“Our focus is to provide the travel agents community with the best travel value and the ultimate travel experience for their customers,” he added.

By joining USTOA, the tour operator offers advisors’ clients protection via the $1 million Travelers Assistance Program should something go wrong with the tour operator.

Holidays with Downtown is the tour operator arm of Downtown Travel, an agency established in 1988 that has expanded to be one of the largest consolidators in the U.S. with airfares to every country in the world. Advisors can sign up at the tour company’s advisor portal.
