USTOA president Terry Dale announced today that Exoticca is the organization’s newest member, bringing the total membership to 51 active memberships representing 146 brands.
“Exoticca’s innovative online technology streamlines the booking process, making it easy for travelers to find unforgettable itineraries around the globe at extremely competitive prices,” said Dale in a statement. “The company’s dedication to delivering quality experiences from start to finish is a welcome addition to our membership.”
Backed by venture capital funds, Exoticca offers an innovative traveltech platform for multi-day tour packages. Since its launch in 2013, the tour operator has been growing its presence worldwide. This past summer, Exoticca expanded its sales team in Canada, promoting Ontario-based Diana Winters to vice president of sales.
By joining USTOA, the tour operator can access the Travelers Assistance Program, which protects consumer payments up to $1 million if the company goes out of business.
“Joining the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) represents an exciting milestone for Exoticca as we continue our journey to enhance the multi-day tour booking experience,” said Pere Vallès, CEO of Exoticca. “USTOA’s dedication to quality and innovation aligns seamlessly with our vision of making dream trips more accessible and convenient for travelers worldwide.
