Dream Vacations, CruiseOne Taps Cruise Exec For New Sales Position
by Marilee CrockerSaul Fonseca, former director of sales for Regent Seven Seas and Oceania cruise lines, has been hired by Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. to fill the newly created position of director of sales. In his new post, Fonseca will report to vice president of sales and marketing Rosemarie Reed and work closely with the travel agency’s marketing and business development teams to grow revenues.
In announcing the hire, Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. cited Fonseca’s strengths in analytics, contract negotiation, strategic sales planning and motivating business development managers to maximize revenue within specific markets. Fonseca has more than 14 years’ experience in the travel industry, including positions with Silversea, Hilton, Royal Caribbean International and Millennials in Travel.
