Envoyage Joins Travel Leaders Network in First-Ever Consortium Deal

Envoyage USA, the independent agent and host agency brand under Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), has officially joined Travel Leaders Network (TLN).

The agreement marks the very first consortium affiliation in Envoyage’s history. In a parallel announcement, Envoyage Canada has also joined TLN, aligning both of Envoyage’s North American divisions under Internova Travel Group.

The move opens up TLN’s suite of products, technology, supplier programs, and consumer lead generation tools to Envoyage’s network of more than 400 U.S. hosted members, hosted agencies, and employed advisors.

What does this mean for travel advisors?

Envoyage advisors aren’t giving up commission splits or back-end tech they already get through Flight Centre. Instead, the TLN deal layer on top, giving members immediate access to TLN’s suite of tools and bookings systems.

That includes Cruise Complete, TLN’s proprietary booking engine, along with amenity sailings and pre-booked group space stretching through 2028.

On the air and land side, non-GDS advisors get access to SNAP, TLN’s streamlined booking system featuring NDC content, automated ticketing, and simplified hotel and car reservations. The agreement also opens up Internova’s high-end hotel portfolios—including SELECT and CURATED Hotels & Resorts—as well as their global network of destination management companies. To help advisors drive new business, Envoyage members can also leverage TLN’s Agent Profiler lead generation engine and its broader turn-key marketing programs.

What does this mean for Envoyage?

According to Christina Pedroni, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Envoyage USA, the alliance represents a key turning point for the network’s U.S. presence, which previously took its most significant leap in 2025 when the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) rebranded its Liberty Travel brand to Envoyage in a bid to further strengthen and grow its U.S. operations.

“This partnership is a defining moment for Envoyage in the United States,” Pedroni said. “What makes it so powerful is the combination of the global reach and infrastructure of Flight Centre Travel Group, and a direct partnership with the largest player in the U.S. leisure travel market. This partnership gives our advisors real leverage in a market that keeps getting more competitive.”

Pedroni noted that the expanded preferred supplier programs, amenities, and technology solutions are aimed directly at accelerating business growth across Envoyage’s membership.

What does this mean for TLN?

Lindsay Pearlman, President of Travel Leaders Network, highlighted the mutual benefits of welcoming the previously unaffiliated host model into the TLN fold, bringing fresh volume to the consortium’s supplier network.

“Envoyage is a formidable agency network, and we are thrilled to be affiliated with them,” Pearlman said. “Not only am I excited to see how our products and programs will benefit them, but I am also looking forward to seeing how Envoyage’s considerable experience will add to Travel Leaders Network.”

The move puts another major group under the TLN banner, which already includes Nexion Travel Group (which is directly owned by TLN’s parent, Internova Travel Group), KHM Travel Group, and Oasis Travel Network, All of the additions from the Envoyage deal are net-new for TLN as, until now, Envoyage operated entirely un-affiliated with a third-party consortium.
