Fora Travel Launches Groups Division

U.S.-based host agency Fora Travel has expanded again—this time, introducing a dedicated groups division.

Announced today (Oct. 6), Fora Groups was designed to reshape how travel advisors approach groups and corporate event planning. Building on more than $80 million in group travel bookings to date—including corporate retreats, conferences, and incentive trips—the expansion strengthens the host agency’s ability to meet growing demand in the meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE) segment.

The new division aims to make it easier for travel advisors to manage complex group programs with Fora’s tech-forward, advisor-led business strategy. By scaling its resources and expertise, Fora says it’s positioning advisors to capture a larger share of the expanding group travel and corporate events market.

“With Fora Groups, we’re building the infrastructure to scale—making it easier, faster and more rewarding to plan group travel with expert support,” said Henley Vazquez, co-founder of Fora. “Group travel deserves better than outdated systems and fragmented planning and our advisors have already driven tens of millions in group bookings.”

Highlights of Fora Groups include:

  • White-glove planning for accommodations, transportation and curated experiences
  • Streamlined logistics and destination strategy for planners
  • Expanded partnerships with leading hotel and resort brands
  • Advisor certification to ensure consistent, elevated service

The fledgling host agency has been making waves since it launched in 2021, promoting itself with a tech-forward approach to the business. The company already boasts over $1 billion in travel sales, and in August, Fora acquired A.I.-startup Legends.

“Fora Groups is built to meet a clear demand in the market,” said Julie Noda, general manager, groups at Fora. “We’re equipping our advisors with the tools, training and support to deliver exceptional group experiences, whether it’s a 300-person sales kickoff or a team offsite. This launch allows us to scale what’s already working and raise the bar for what group travel can be.”
