Travel Leaders Network announced today that Eva Damato has joined the company as its new senior director of luxury lifestyle marketing.

In her new role, Damato will be responsible for the overall growth of the company’s Luxury Leaders Alliance. Founded in 2021, the Luxury Leaders Alliance includes the company’s top-selling luxury travel advisors and now boasts over 500 members and nearly $1 billion in luxury sales. She will also serve as a resource for Travel Leaders’ luxury-focused suppliers and members.

Damato most recently served as senior manager of national and strategic accounts with Seabourn, where she regularly engaged with members of the Luxury Leaders Alliance. Before that, she worked in the domestic leisure division at Discover the Palm Beaches.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Eva to Travel Leaders,” said Stephen McGillivray, chief partner marketing officer at Internova Travel Group. “With her deep understanding of luxury advisors and experience on the supplier side, she’s the perfect fit to lead the Luxury Leaders Alliance.”
