Travel Leaders Network concluded its 2025 Fall Regionals after bringing together over 650 members and preferred partners in Vancouver, Edmonton and Toronto.

Combined with the Canadian Mixers in Eastern and Western Canada, over 1,700 members participated in the network’s signature events this year, a statistic the company calls the most successful outreach efforts in its history.

The events were designed to facilitate networking opportunities, supplier partner panel discussions and successful and rewarding trade shows.

“Never have I seen such enthusiasm and buzz than at our Canadian Fall Regional Conferences this year,” said Travel Leaders Network’s Vice President Christine James.

“Member demand was strong and both members and preferred partners were so engaged. The events provided excellent opportunities for both our owner/managers and frontline advisors to connect in-person with peers, to educate themselves about our top-notch agency enhancing programs and to learn how to tailor them to their own business needs.”

The 2025 series also introduced a new feature: Ready, Set, Play and Learn — an interactive session hosted by sponsors with help from the Canadian team. The session started with an engaging experience followed by quick sponsor snapshots and on the spot giveaways, blending education and entertainment.

TLN President Lindsay Pearlman.

“These, along with our fireside chat with our key sponsors addressing questions that were submitted by our members, supports collaboration and shared experiences,” said Lindsay Pearlman, President of Travel Leaders Network.

“As we head into the end of the year, our advisors are focused on finishing strong, and these sessions gave them practical ideas and renewed energy to do exactly that.”

Erica Jones, Owner of Stress Free Magic Travel in Vancouver, BC said she loves attending the Fall Regional Conference in Vancouver.

“It is such an encouragement to hear where other people are and where we could be! One of my big takeaways from this event is to become a super-agent and I have the notes now to not only make this happen for me, but for my team and to encourage their overall growth. This event was the kick in the butt that I needed so thank you to the Travel Leaders Canada team for all that you did to make this event so incredible.”

Anita Magnoli, of Northstar Travel in Kitchener, ON, had this to say: “The Travel Leaders Network Conference in Toronto is truly one of my favourite travel gatherings of the year. We are always managing the most effective ways to invest time in our business, and TLN’s Toronto signature event covered every facet, from training to marketing strategies and support and superb networking.

Major sponsors of the Fall Regionals included Globus family of brands, AmaWaterways, Sandals & Beaches Resorts, and Manulife.

Titled “Ignite Canada,” the next series of Regional events that will take place in 2026 will have a brand-new format including expanded two-day events in each city, with dates and locations to be announced soon.
