Travel Leaders Network has named Lindsay Pearlman as the new senior vice president and chief operating officer.

Pearlman steps into the role January 2025. The Toronto-based exec will report to John Lovell, president of Travel Leaders Network.

The news comes just days after TLN announced John Lovell as president, adding to his current duties as Travel Leader Group president. Lovell is replacing Roger Block, who is stepping down as president at the end of the year and transitioning into a senior advisor role.

Pearlman joined Travel Leaders Network as SVP in 2019, following an eight-year stint as co-president at Ensemble Travel Group. As COO, he will oversee TLN’s Affiliate and Associate membership teams in both the U.S. and Canada, and will support business development and programs such as SNAP and Empower Cruise.

“With his extensive experience and commitment to excellence, Lindsay will be my right hand in delivering top-tier support, services, products and programs to our valued Travel Leaders Network members,” said Lovell.
