kimkim has announced the expansion of its Travel Advisor Program, adding new tools for marketing as well as education opportunities.
kimkim is an itinerary builder for bespoke travel. The platform has been around for over a decade, but only recently made a push into the trade market. In April, kimkim officially launched a travel advisor board and trade initiative.
The latest updates include a co-branding feature that allows advisors include their own branding on itineraries and proposals created through kimkim. Advisors simply upload their logo directly to their kimkim profile to take advantage of this new tool. The company is also extending its popular complimentary co-branded photo book incentive, which was previously offered as a limited-time promotion. The keepsake will be offered for every advisor booking.
kimkim is also expanding its travel advisor education program with a new slate of Destination Face-Off webinars, which match destinations to traveler style and preferences. Later this year, kimkim also plans to launch educational sessions focused on multi-country itineraries and destination-specific sales strategies.
In a press release, the company stated that the enhancements were made in collaboration with its Travel Advisor Advisory Board, and were shaped by ongoing feedback from the trade.
“We’ve doubled the number of advisors using our platform in just six months, and one thing has become incredibly clear, they want technology that strengthens their business,” said Kimberly Stirdivant Wason, director of travel advisor partnerships at kimkim. “These enhancements are a direct result of conversations with our Advisory Board and advisors across the platform. Our goal is to give them the tools they need to deliver a seamless client experience while keeping their own brand front and center.”
