Travel Leaders Network (TLN) has appointed Kathy Halpern as its new vice president of sales in charge of growing the company’s Associate and Affiliate members. She will officially assume the role on Nov. 25, 2024.

She will oversee the prospecting of new accounts and managing the overall sales operations process in the U.S. and Canada. This includes promoting the company’s products and programs, such as the SNAP online booking tool, Cruise Complete, and others to prospective members.

She will also work closely with TLN’s executive leadership to define and establish the sales and membership goals driving Travel Leaders Network’s overall growth strategy. She will report to Lindsay Pearlman, senior vice president & COO at TLN.

Halpern is a veteran travel industry sales executive. Most recently, she served as vice president, sales and marketing, at Lifestyle Holidays Hotels & Resorts. She has also held executive positions at Palace Resorts, Occidental Hotels & Resorts, and Island Destinations.

“Travel Leaders Network is thrilled to bring Kathy onboard,” said Pearlman. “Her extensive experience in the travel sales channel will be invaluable to us. Kathy is not only a proven leader in getting new business in the door but in mentoring and empowering her team to reach new heights of success. She has an exceptional ability to connect with customers, bring products to life, and identify strategies for future growth.”
