Calling it “the most significant transformation” of its proprietary technology in years, Travel Leaders Network (TLN) has unveiled AdvisorOS, bringing TLN’s disparate systems together into one easy-to-use platform.
The platform brings together essential agency management, booking, and client engagement tools into a single connected experience, making it easier and faster for travel advisors to do their job.
Evolving from TLN’s longtime AgentMate platform, AdvisorOS was developed with input from member agencies to address the challenges advisors face in managing their day-to-day businesses. The redesigned platform brings previously separate tools – a long-time problem for the advisor industry – into a more connected, intuitive experience, reducing the need to navigate multiple systems.
“We listened to our members about what they need to run their businesses more effectively, and AdvisorOS is a direct result of that feedback,” said Lindsay Pearlman, president of Travel Leaders Network. “Our goal is to make technology work for advisors, not the other way around. By bringing the tools they rely on into a more connected, intuitive experience, we’re helping them spend less time on administrative tasks and more time serving clients and growing their businesses.”

AdvisorOS also introduces enhanced sales reporting and business intelligence capabilities that give agency owners greater visibility into their performance and help them make more informed business decisions. Integrated access to TLN’s SNAP and Cruise Complete booking platforms also makes it easier for advisors to move between booking and client management activities.
Other enhancements include centralized client profiles, customizable communications and reminders, improved invoicing, secure electronic authorizations, and a redesigned dashboard that provides a clearer view of daily activities and client relationships.
AdvisorOS is designed to support ongoing enhancements and new integrations as agency needs and technology evolve. Its first vendor integration, with Project Expedition, is planned for late November, with additional partner integrations and AI-driven capabilities expected in 2027 and beyond.
The AgentMate name will be retired with the launch of AdvisorOS. Existing users will retain their current functionality, workflows, and login credentials. TLN has planned a full educational program to guide users through the transition, including webinars, training resources and dedicated member support.
The need for an all-in-one platform is something that has long been a problem within the travel advisor industry, with several third party suppliers — like Tern and Travefy — offering their own solutions. Cruise Planners also recently announced its own in-house proprietary all-in-one platform to meet the same demand.
