Virtuoso is expanding its senior leadership team with two new promotions.
The luxury travel network on Tuesday named Cheryl Cheney Bunker as its new senior vice president of global membership. Bunker has been with Virtuoso since 2007, working in advisor-facing roles. Most recently, she served as vice president of global member relations.
Starting May 1, Bunker will oversee the strategic direction of Virtuoso’s global membership, driving growth and engagement across Virtuoso’s 58 countries.
The other promotion sees Cory Hagopian’s role evolve to senior vice president of global partnerships. Effective immediately, Hagopian, who has been with Virtuoso since 2022, will now focus solely on Virtuoso’s partnerships across all segments, including the group’s new Ultra-High-Net-Worth division.
“As Virtuoso continues to expand, we are more committed than ever to ensuring the success of our members, advisors and partners, and developing the teams that will serve the needs of these diverse groups takes strong leadership,” said Brad Bourland, chief operating officer for Virtuoso. “Cheryl’s full-time focus on the strategic growth of our global membership allows Cory to fully dedicate his attention to delivering even greater partner value, while elevating engagement and overall network satisfaction through operational excellence.”
