CroisiEurope Launches First-Ever Paddlewheel Cruises on the Seine

France-based river cruise company CroisiEurope is launching the first-ever paddlewheel cruises on the Seine with the introduction of two brand new itineraries onboard the MS R.E. Waydeclich L.J. in 2026.
The new paddlewheel ship accommodates 81 guests across 42 cabins and features a restaurant, lounge bar with dance floor, and a spacious sun deck.
The five-night Little Gems of the Seine cruise travels roundtrip from Paris and visits such spots as Château de Fontainebleau, the Île de la Cité, the gardens of Claude Monet in Giverny, and La Roche- Guyon, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, among other picturesque stops. Pricing starts at $1,694 per person including all meals and drinks, Wi-Fi, and port fees. Departures operate between March and November 2026.
The seven-night History of France from Paris to Normandy itinerary also travels roundtrip from Paris and visits Melun, Mantes-La-Jolie, Caudebec-en-Caux, Rouen, and La Roche Guyon. Prices start at $2,398 with the same inclusions. Departures are available between April and September 2026.
