Riviera Travel Launches Advisor Support Desk

Riviera Travel has rolled out a new “Support Desk” feature for its travel advisor learning platform, Riviera Explorer.

The new feature aims to make it easier for travel advisors to find support—whether that’s answering a common question, getting assistance with a booking, or reviewing training materials. Support Desk is a hub that brings FAQs, platform guidance, training materials, and direct support options all in one spot that’s easy for advisors to find and access.

“Riviera Explorer continues to be an essential tool for our trade partners,” said Stuart Milan, president of North America for Riviera Travel. “With the addition of the Support Desk, we’re strengthening the experience even further, ensuring advisors have the tools, information, and support they need in one intuitive place, while also continuing to evolve our learning modules to reflect new product updates and incentive opportunities.”

The support desk functions as a single access point for multiple needs, designed to deliver a streamlined, self-service experience for advisors looking for help with river, yacht, ocean or solo cruising. Support categories include (but are not limited to): booking and customer support; Riviera Explorer platform support; incentives, campaigns, and advisor benefits; trade support requests; and training and learning.

The Support Desk is accessible via the Support section in Riviera Explorer. Advisors can register for Riviera Explorer at http://www.rivexplorer.com/.
